Stolen or Missing Packages:
Packages are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address if the wrong address was provided at the time of checkout. We are happy to assist with re-directing these packages (additional shipping charges may be incurred).
If there is a concern about packages being taken out of your mailbox or off of your front porch we recommend that you select a shipping method with delivery confirmation (signature required ) at checkout (additional charges will apply). Please note we are not responsible for missing or stolen packages if the tracking details indicate that the package was delivered to the shipping address provided.
Delivery time depends on shipping method selected. You may select from Standard Delivery (1-5 days), 2nd Day Air, or Overnight (next business day) Delivery. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval and deliver times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Finally, some orders may be shipped using USPS depending on the delivery address.
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs. Return shipping costs vary by shipping method used in the order.
We make every attempt to keep our website inventory up to date, from time to time, we may not have the merchandise that you ordered because we do not stock large quantities of any item. If this happens your order will be cancelled and you will receive email notification.
